I hope to provide useful resources on the Internet for Japanese Language Instruction especially for articulation between secondary and post-secondary levels as well as resources intended for secondary levels.
Articulation between different levels starts with communication between the teachers. senseiOnline listserv hopes to create an online community for Japanese teachers with different levels from various parts of the world. Discussion doesnユt limit to online matters and covers various matters that concern Japanese teachers. Searchable archives of previous messages is available.
Center for Applied Japanese Language Studies (CAJLS) at University of Oregon is a driving force of Oregon articulation since 1994. Oregon Benchmark has completed both oral and written and you can study the details from its Web site. You can also search lesson plans that are intended for Oregon high schools with levels, activity types and so forth. We hope to add lesson plans for elementary level.
Other resources are:
1. Brisbane Grammat School Japanese Master Greg Dablesteinユs site from Australia
2. Irrashhai complementary web site for its distance learning program from Georgia
3. Copyright free Mecia Resrouce Center of Professor Ujie of Washington and Lee University in Virginia
